Silly Farm Supplies

I love silly farm! They have just about every supply that a face painter would desire. Best to do your shopping in bulk and save on postage and handling rather than buying every time you need a new colour.. that could be expensive! My favourite paints are the kryolan. I bought the 2.5oz, I cut the colours in halve or 4 quarters, so I could utilize one 2.5oz container with up to 4 colours, which sits in a Paradise Empty Pro Palette. Some other supplies I recommend: Paradise Detailz and brushes, snazaroo sponges and mama clowns glitter! Have fun shopping ;0)

My new Fairy costume.. Im so excited to start wearing it!

I just purchased a new fairy costume from http://www.costumesfairy.com/. Her designs are absolutely gorgeous, brilliant, fun and inventive. Her website includes a deverse range of fairy wings, fairy slippers, fairy head bands, hair accessories, fairy skirts and magical wands for children and adults. You can choose up to 4 colours with glitter or gold trimming on your fairy outfit, and order custom made wings to match to complete your look.
She even caters for bridal parties, making flower girl fairy dresses. Unfortunately she does not mail to Australia, but if your going over on a vacation to the USA make sure you put in your order before arrival. Or if you have any friends in America, you can always have them send it to you. I think we should protest to have her send internationally.. her designs are too GOOD not to have.

Our Temporary Tattooist Eva Schelling and Face painter James Pidgeon had a fantastic day painting for our newest client The Golder Associates! Eva dazzled the kids with additional glitter to her stencils and jame's painted a big spider on this child's face, which he looks alittle frightened about! ;0)

We Love Face Painting for CBA at the Chinese New Year Celebration!

James and Shelley were very busy painting this year for the Common Wealth Bank at the Chinese New Year's celebration in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. This year's 2011 zodiac animal is, the year of the Rabbit! We had rabbits on the run, rabbits munching on carrots, rabbits breathing fire and rabbits cuddling the CBA logo... all in all we had lots of wascally wabbits! The weather held up most of the day, but we did have 1 shower, which I think we squeezed in about 100 people under our little marquee. There was so much to experience, such as dragon parades, lion dances, amazing culinary foods, singing, calligraphy and karaoke. Im very much looking forward to next years event!

From storybook to stage, Mickey and his friends journey through ‘happily ever after’ and discover the classic stories of three celebrated Disney Princesses

The enchanted journey starts when Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald and Goofy find a magical storybook hidden among a treasure trove of costumes and belongings from classic Disney tales. The iconic objects lead them to three classic stories of ‘happily ever after’ featuring Snow White, Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast. Along the way, the audience is invited to join in the fun by solving clues, clapping along and singing songs as the stories unfold before their eyes.
